New swim coaching location

Exciting news! While it is amazing coaching people and helping to get people comfortable
in the water, or improve their swimming in Bristol, there are a large number of people who
are a long way away from there! With that, its an amazing privilege to announce that we
now can offer swim lessons in Bromley, south east London.

This is just a starting point, but we can now offer one to one swim lessons or swim
coaching from the Walnuts Leisure Centre in Orpington, and Biggin Hill Swimming Pool.
Particularly on Thursdays and Fridays, we have options throughout the day to work from
either venue – so if you’re after some swim assistance, some lessons to improve your
swim technique, click on the link (booking link) to book a session!

Swim lessons are a great way to get yourself started on your journey – whether you are
looking to improve fitness and health, or having a go at a triathlon, or trying to find those

extra couple of seconds to swim faster. Something that I often get told by people is that
they’ll book some swim sessions once they have got in the water and done a few swims
themselves. NO!!! The best option is to book a session with us (or someone else) first. It
might sound counter intuitive, but by getting a bit of advice and assistance first up, you can
make more impact and quicker. Either you can spend a few efforts in the water slogging
away and trying to get yourself in the shape you want to be in, or you can get some
assistance from us to start with, work out where you need to focus, and make rapid
progress with good habits from the get go.

So, if you’re based in south east London or north Kent and want to learn to swim, tighten
up your swim technique or nail that next event as fast as possible, click the link and book
yourself a session with our award winning swim coaches.
